Please Note: Direct-to-consumer sales via orrabrand.co.uk are launching soon. The following policies will apply to all purchases made directly through this website upon our official e-commerce launch.

At ORRA LTD, we know that when you order our products, you want it integrated into your training protocol as fast as possible. This policy outlines exactly how and when we ship your products.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information. Please note: During high-volume periods (such as launch day or promotional events), processing times may experience a slight delay. We will communicate any significant delays directly to you.

2. UK Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer reliable, tracked shipping across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (2-4 Business Days)
  • Express/Next Working Day Delivery

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier’s system. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at onkarchavan92@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) to ensure our products reaches you safely. However, once a package is handed over to the courier, ORRA LTD is not directly responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot find it: Please check with your neighbors or your building management before contacting us.
  • If your package arrives damaged: Please take photos of the damaged shipping box and the product inside, and email us immediately at onkarchavan92@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ORRA LTD is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
